GOOD TO KNOW
• No parties - respect the 10-guest limit.
• Smoking allowed outdoors only (not indoors).
• Pool temp is locked for humidity balancing.
• Security camera faces the parking area only. A noise/smoke monitoring device is in a common area; it measures decibel and smoke levels only and does not record audio.
• Check-in 4 PM / Check-out 10 AM.
• The cabin is decorated for Christmas from Nov 1 - Jan 4, exact dates are not guaranteed.
• Three levels: Stairs connect each floor.
• Tesla drivers using EV charger should BYO tesla adaptor
• We recommend travel insurance; refunds follow the cancellation policy.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 14 days away at time of booking.
